1. Do all nationals need a visa to enter Cambodia?                       
Everyone who does not hold a Cambodian passport needs a visa to enter the country. (Except Malaysian, Philippines and Singapore).
2. Can I get my visa in Cambodia?
Yes, you may obtain your visa upon arrival at the two airports in Cambodia: Siem Reap and Phnom Penh and other border checkpoints.
3. What do I need to get my visa in Cambodia (upon arrival)?
Application for a tourist visa requires:
* A completed visa application form
* A Passport with at least 6 months validity
* One recent photograph (4x6 cm)
* Appropriate visa fee (US$20)
*Important: In order to be admitted into the country, tourists may need to demonstrate that they have sufficient funds for their stay and a return ticket.

4. May I use the visa applications from the Royal Embassy of Cambodia website for processing in Cambodia?
Yes. Also Visa applications for processing in Cambodia will be distribute on board the plane.
5. Should I get my visa ahead of time or do it in Cambodia?
By getting your visa at the embassy you will not have to wait in line at the airport.
6. Does Asia Classic Tours accept visa applications from all 50 states?
Yes. We accept applications from all 50 states. Non-citizens with a permanent residence card (Green card) can also apply through us.
7. How long is the visa application process through the agency?
10 to 14 regular days for regular processing and expedited process takes around 4 to 7 regular days.
8. What documents are required for adult applicants through your agency?
A signed and completed application form.
One 2”x2” standard passport photo with a clear and white background.
Your original American passport. (Please make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months)
9. Do children need visas?
Children under 12 years old need visas but they will be processed for free.                              
Children who are American born do not need to submit their birth certificate copies unless they were born in Cambodia.
10. Should children sign their own applications?
Parents are recommended to sign for their kids. Please sign your child’s name and put by mother or by father right next to the signature.
11. How can non-American citizens apply for visas?
The applicant needs to submit a signed and completed application form, the original birth country passport and a copy of the permanent residence card.
12. Is the Cambodian government not admitting certain nationals into the country?
At the moment the royal government of Cambodia welcomes all nationals onto its land. Only certain individuals who have broken the law are on our blacklist.
13. I am a national of Canada or Mexico, can the embassy in Washington process my visa for me?
Yes, the Embassy in Washington, DC can process visas for the American Continent.
14. Can I process my visa in New York?
The Cambodian Permanent Mission to the UN in New York does not offer visa processing services at the moment.
15. How long will the visa be valid for?
Tourist and business visas are valid for one month starting with the date of entry into Cambodia.
14. How do I get a visa that will not expire in one month?
You will need a regular visa for one month to enter Cambodia. Once in Cambodia you may get an extension at the Ministry of Interior.
15. Can I cross over to Cambodia by land from Thailand or Vietnam and still get a visa?
Yes, a visa can be issued upon arrival at the border checkpoints into Cambodia.

16. Can I process my visa in Thailand or Vietnam?
Yes, you may obtain a visa in Thailand or Vietnam.
17. My child is Khmer but (she)he was born in the refugee camps outside Cambodia. Does my child need to pay for a visa?
If the child is older than 12 years of age and was born outside of Cambodia, the regular fee will not be paid unless his or her mother, father is Cambodian citizen.
19. I am an American citizen but I was born in Cambodia. Do I need to pay for a visa?
If your passport shows that your country of birth was Cambodia then you will not be charged for your visa.
20. How should I send you my passport and other materials?
We highly recommend that you use a traceable courier service to send your passport and valuable documents.
21. When do you begin processing my application?
Application processing begins the day we receive your documents provided the documents are received before 10:00am. Documents received after 10:00am will be processed the next business day. Applications received on Saturdays will be sent for processing the following Monday.
22. Does the processing time include shipping time?
No. Shipping or return delivery time should be added to the processing time when determining the total amount of time needed to fulfill your order. Shipping times do not include Saturdays or Sundays unless specified. Deliveries may not be available on some holidays.
23. How do I pay?
Payment for visa process can be included in your total tour package payment or it can be paid separately. Please make check or money order payable to: China Classic Tours & Travel, Inc. We accept all major credit cards. Please download Credit Card Authorization Form and fax the completed form together with copies of both sides of your credit card to: 917-677-4833.
